Instructions
- Transfers (Pickup & Drops) from Airport, railways station or bus stand are not included in the package.
- The Hotel check-in time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is 12.00 Noon.
- Early check in & late check-out is strictly subject to availability.
- Any incidentals such as Internet (other than complimentary basic Wifi), Mini Bar, Room service, laundry and telephones etc. will be settled by the guest directly at the time of check-out.
- You are requested to carry a photo ID proof required by the hotel at the time of check-in.
- Children under 8 years & younger will not incur any fees. Children over 8 years old will be subject to additional accompanying person fees.
- Extra Bed can be arranged by the hotel at additional charge.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference secretariat at conferences@vamaevents.com
- 25% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 30th October 2025.
- 50% of the amount paid will be deducted for cancellation made up to 31st December 2025.
- No refund will be made for the requests made after 1st January 2026.
- Registration is not transferable.
- Refunds will be made post conference.
Please note: The GST No.,Registered Address & Name needs to be correct. The GST paid during the registration cannot be refunded as it will be paid to the Government on a monthly basis. GST no. once mentioned cannot be modified later. All receipts are auto generated and cannot be changed.
Indian delegates who choose Offline registration may complete payment by UPI, Bank transfer, Cheques or DD. Send completely filled form along with payment details to Conference Secretariat or email the scanned form to conferences@vamaevents.com

- Conference Delegates: Those who have applied for IAAPS Membership can register as Members. Please share a screenshot of your payment on info@aesurg2026.com to IAAPS for verification.
- IAAPS Members: Please fill in your membership number in the registration form. Note that membership numbers will be verified.

- Senior Citizens (above 75 years): Eligible for complimentary Non
